Veritas: A Multidisciplinary Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities is a fully open access journal. All content is freely and immediately available on publication, without charge to the reader or the reader’s institution. In accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative definition, users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without seeking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided the original work is properly cited.
Licensing
All articles published in Veritas are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0). Under this licence, others may share, adapt, and build upon the published work, including commercially, provided appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the original publication in this journal is cited. The licence and its terms are stated on the landing page of every published article and within the article PDF.
Copyright
Authors retain the copyright of their work without restriction. Authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under CC BY 4.0. Authors are free to deposit any version of their article (submitted, accepted, or published) in institutional or subject repositories, on personal websites, or on scholarly networking platforms, at any time and without embargo.
