Peer-Review Policy
All manuscripts submitted to Veritas are subject to a double-blind peer-review process to ensure impartiality and scholarly rigour. Each submission is evaluated by a minimum of two independent reviewers based on its originality, methodological soundness, academic depth, relevance to the discipline, clarity of expression, and adherence to ethical standards.
The final decision on acceptance or rejection rests with the Editorial Board, taking into account the reviewers’ recommendations and the journal’s academic objectives.
Manuscript Format
Manuscripts should range between 4000 and 7000 words, including endnotes and references.
The title page must include the paper’s title, the author’s full name, institutional affiliation, email ID, and ORCID (if available).
An abstract of 200–250 words, along with 4 to 6 keywords, should be placed at the beginning of the manuscript.
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, 1.5 line spacing, and justified alignment throughout the document. Major section headings should appear in bold, while sub-sections may be in italics for clarity and structure.
Please submit your manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) only.
Referencing Style
Authors may follow either the MLA (9th Edition) or the APA (7th Edition) style for in-text citations and references. The chosen style must be used consistently throughout the manuscript.
Submissions that do not adhere to the selected referencing style may be returned for revision before further review.
Plagiarism and AI Content Policy
Veritas maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and academic misconduct. All manuscripts are screened using reliable plagiarism detection tools.
Any submission with a similarity index above 10%—excluding standard phrases and correctly cited material—will be rejected without review.
Authors must clearly declare if AI tools have been used in the preparation of the manuscript. While AI may assist in refining language or formatting, the core analysis, arguments, and scholarly insights must be original and authored by the researcher. Manuscripts that rely primarily on AI-generated content, without critical engagement or human interpretation, will not be considered for publication.
